Called to order at 7:00 p.m.  Present:  Shaw, Kennedy, Fry, Dighton.  Absent:  Collins, Henry.

Guest:  Cary Ammons, Joe Campbell

Motion by Kennedy, second by Fry to convene in executive session to discuss employment of a superintendent for the 2009-2010 school year.  Vote on motion:  Shaw-yes; Kennedy-yes; Fry-yes. 

Time:  7:08 p.m.

Motion by Fry, second by Kennedy to return to open session.  Vote on motion:  Shaw-yes; Kennedy-yes; Fry-yes. 

Time:  8:39 p.m.

Executive session minutes kept by Kennedy.

Motion by Kennedy, second by Fry to employ Cary Ammons as superintendent for the 2009-2010 school year.  Vote on motion:  Shaw-yes; Kennedy-yes; Fry-yes.

Motion by Fry, second by Kennedy to approve Gen. Fund P.O. #231-243 and Bldg. Fund P.O. #10-11.  Vote on motion:  Shaw-yes; Kennedy-yes; Fry-yes.
