to approve, vote to table or decide not to discuss any item on this agenda.

4. Vote to approve the minutes from the December 10,
2007 regular board meeting.

7. Vote to approve the activity fund report
8. Vote to approve the general fund P.O. #s 209-223,
General Fund Warrants # 580-708, and Child Nutrition Warrants # 75-89.
11. Proposed Executive Session to Discuss
a. Employment status of the Superintendent so that the
board can return to open session and take possible action with regard to the
Superintendent’s employment.
b. Reemployment status of Annette Dighton, Administrative
Assistant, so that the board may return to open session and take action.
12. Vote to convene or not convene in executive session.
13. Vote to acknowledge or not to acknowledge the board’s
return to open session.
14. Executive Session Minutes Announcement.
15. Vote to employ or not to employ Ira Harris as
Superintendent.
16. Vote to employ or not employ Annette Dighton as
Administrative Assistant.
17. Vote on declaring scrap metal surplus in order to
sell to ScrapCorp.
18. Vote on 2008-2009 school calendar.
19. Vote on employing Bill Pickle as auditor for
FY2008-2009.
20. Resignations: Vote on submitted resignations
21. New Business: “New Business”, as used herein, shall
mean any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably
foreseen prior to the time of posting.
