Note: This meeting will be conducted in accordance with the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act Article II, O.S.L. The Board may discuss, make motions, and vote to table or decide not to discuss any item on this agenda.

1. Call to order and roll call recording members present.

2. Invocation and the Salute to the Flag.

3. Adoption of agenda.

4. Vote to approve the minutes from the March 10, 2008 Regular Board Meeting.

5. Recognition of Guests

6. Superintendent’s Report and Principal’s Report:

7. Vote to approve the activity fund report.

8. Vote to approve general fund P.O. # 259-272; building fund P.O. # 6-8; child nutrition fund P.O. # 12; & general fund warrant # 909-995; building fund warrant # 7-9; and child nutrition warrant # 126-141.

9. Vote on adopting resolution for Internet inquiry access with Spiro State Bank.

10. Vote on establishing an activity account for marquee fundraising funds.

11. Proposed executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307 (B) (1) of the Open Meeting Act to discuss staffing for support positions for the school district and to discuss the hiring of, Maria Martinez, a foreign language/library teacher so that the board may return to open session and vote to reemploy, not reemploy, or table the employment of support staff and to employ or not employ Maria Martinez as a foreign language/library teacher.

12. Vote to convene to executive session.

13. Vote to acknowledge the Board’s return to open session

14. Executive Session Minutes Compliance Announcement.

15. Vote to employ or not employ Maria Martinez.

16. Vote to reemploy or vote to table reemploying the following support personnel for the 2007-2008 school year.

a. Tammy Hunter, secretary

b. Ruth Dighton, head cook

c. Jane Johnson, cook

d. Sandy Cochran, part-time cook

e. Scott Palmer, maintenance

f. Terri Bray, custodian/bus driver

g. Cindy Campbell, aide

17. Vote to accept or not accept any resignations received.
