Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. Present: Smith, Kennedy, Collins, Smith, Harris, Smallwood, Dighton. Absent: Lucas.

1. Motion by Collins, second by Henry to adopt agenda. Vote on motion: Kennedy-yes; Collins-yes; Henery-yes; Smith-yes.
   
2. Motion by Henry, second by Kennedy to approve minutes of Dec. 12, 2005 meeting. Vote on motion: Kennedy-yes; Collins-yes; Henry-yes; Smith-yes.
   
3. Bill Pickle, auditor presented the 2004-2005 audit report.
   
4. Motion by Collins, second by Kennedy to accept audit report. Vote on motion: Kennedy-yes; Collins-yes; Henry-yes; Smith-yes.
   
5. Motion by Collins, second by Henry to approve activity fund report. Vote on motion: Kennedy-yes; Collins-yes; Henry-yes; Smith-yes.
   
6. Motion by Kennedy, second by Collins to approve gen. fund p.o. #156-177, bldg. fund p.o. #12-13, child nutrition p.o. #18-19, gen. fund wts #551-696, bldg. fund wt #10, child nutrition wts #85-101. Vote on motion: Kennedy-yes; Collins-yes; Henry-yes; Smith-yes.
   
7. Motion by Kennedy, second by Collins to convene in executive session to discuss employment status of Superintendent and Administrative Assistant. Vote on motion: Kennedy-yes; Collins-yes; Henry-yes; Smith-yes. Time: 8:00 p.m.
   
8. Motion by Collins, second by Kennedy to return to open session. Vote on motion: Kennedy-yes; Collins-yes; Henry-yes; Smith-yes. Time: 8:25 p.m.
   
9. Executive session minutes kept by Henry.
   
10. Motion by Kennedy, second by Smith to re-employ Ira Harris as Superintendent. Vote on motion: Kennedy-yes; Collins-yes; Henry-yes; Smith-yes.
    
11. Motion by Henry, second by Collins to re-employ Annette Dighton as Administrative Assistant. Vote on motion: Kennedy-yes; Collins-yes; Henry-yes; Smith-yes.
    
12. Motion by Collins, second by Kennedy to accept resignation of Lovina Midgley. Vote on motion: Kennedy-yes; Collins-yes; Henry-yes; Smith-yes.
    
13. Motion by Collins, second by Kennedy to approve fundraiser for 4-H/FFA Booster Club. Vote on motion: Kennedy-yes; Collins-yes; Henry-yes; Smith-yes.
