As required by Section 311, Title 25
of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of
Independent School District No. 3, Latimer County, Oklahoma, will hold a SPECIAL
meeting on January 22, 2007, at 7:00 o’clock p.m., at the Board
Room, Administration Building, Buffalo Valley Public Schools, 12 miles west of
Talihina on Oklahoma State Highway No. 1, Latimer County, Oklahoma.
AGENDA
The following is a list of
the business to be conducted by the Board of Education at the above meeting.

Call to order and roll
call recording members present.
2.
Invocation and the
Salute to the Flag.
3.
Adoption of the agenda.
4.
Board to take action on
the employment of Stephen H. McDonald & Associates, Inc. as Financial
Consultant to the School District.
5.
Board to consider and
take action on a resolution authorizing the calling and holding of a special
election to be held in this School District to authorize the issuance of
general obligation bonds.
6.
Adjournment:
This
