Article II, O.S.L. The Board may discuss, make motions, and vote to table or decide not to discuss any item on this agenda.

1. Call to order and roll call recording members present.

2. Invocation and the Salute to the Flag.

3. Adoption of the agenda.

4. Vote to approve the minutes from the June 12, 2006 Regular Board Meeting and the June 26, 2006 Special Board Meeting

5. Recognition of Guests.

6. Superintendent’s Report: Principal’s Report:

7. Vote to approve the Activity Fund Report.

8. Vote to approve General Fund Purchase Order #’s 1-53, 2005/2006 General Fund Warrants #’s 1319-1321, 2006/2007 General Fund Warrants #’s 1-38, Child Nutrition Purchase Order #’s 1-7, & Child Nutrition Warrant # 1.

9. Proposed executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307 (B) (1) of the Open Meeting Act to discuss staffing for the school district so that the board may return to open session and hire, not hire or table the action for filling vacancies.

10. Vote to convene to Executive Session.

11. Vote to acknowledge the Board’s return to open session.

12. Executive Session Minutes Compliance Announcement.

13. Vote to employ or table the employment of a high school science teacher.

14. Vote on handbook revisions.

15. Vote on support personnel raises.

16. Vote on Kibois HeadStart contract for the 2006-2007 school year.

17. Vote on fuel contract.

18. Vote to accept or not accept any resignations received.

19. New business: “New Business” as used herein, shall mean any matter known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting.
