Note:      This meeting will be conducted in accordance with the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, Article II, O.S. L. The Board  may discuss, make motions, vote to approve, vote to table or decide not to discuss any item on this agenda   

1.      Call to order and roll call recording members present. 

2.      Invocation and the Salute to the Flag. 

3.      Adoption of the agenda. 

4.      Vote to approve the minutes from the May 8, 2006 Regular Board Meeting 

5.      Recognition of Guests. 

6.      Superintendent’s & Principal’s Report: 

7.      Vote to approve the Activity Fund Report. 

8.      Vote to approve General Fund Purchase Order #’s 275-301, General Fund Warrants #’s 1128-1252, & Child Nutrition Fund Warrants #’s 173-185. 

9.      Vote to approve temporary appropriation for 2006-2007. 

10.  Vote to renew or not renew the memberships in the Oklahoma State School Board Association (OSSBA), Organization of Rural Oklahoma Schools (OROS), Association of School Business Officials (ASBO) and Oklahoma Association Serving Impacted Schools (OASIS). 

11.  Vote to continue the lease on the copier in the superintendent’s office, high school, and elementary school. 

12.  Proposed executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307 (B) (1) of the Open Meeting Act to discuss staffing for teaching positions and support positions for the school district so that the board may return to open session and hire, not hire or table the action for filling the high school secretary, high school science, high school math, high school English, and teacher assistant vacancies. 

13.  Vote to convene to Executive Session. 

14.  Vote to acknowledge the Board’s return to open session. 

15.  Executive Session Minutes Compliance Announcement. 

16.  Vote to convene or not to convene into executive session. 

17.  Vote to acknowledge the Board’s return to open session. 

18.  Vote to employ or table the employment of a high school math teacher. 

19.  Vote to employ or table the employment of a high school science teacher. 

20.  Vote to employ or table the employment of a high school English teacher. 

21.  Vote to employ or table the employment of a high school secretary. 

22.  Vote to employ or table the employment of a teacher assistant. 

23.  Voter to approve or not approve a School Wellness Policy. 

24.  New business: “New Business” as used herein, shall mean any matter known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting.  

25.  Vote to accept or not accept any resignations received.
