1.   Call to order and roll call recording members present. 

2.   Invocation and Salute to the Flag. 

3.   Adoption of the Agenda 

4.   Vote to approve the minutes from the December 12, 2005 regular 
      board meeting. 

5.   Recognition of Guests 

6.   Bill Pickle to present the Audit Report. 

7.   Vote to accept or not accept the audit report. 

8.   Administrative Reports 

a.  Principal’s Report

b.  Superintendent's Report

9.   Vote to approve the activity fund report

10. Vote to approve the general fund P.O. #s 156-177, Child Nutrition 
      P.O. #s 1 8 & 19, Building Fund P.O. # 12 & 13, General Fund 
      Warrants # 551-696, Child Nutrition Warrants # 85-101, and 
      Building Fund Warrant # 10. 

11. Proposed Executive Session to Discuss 

                 a.  Employment status of the Superintendent so that the board can return to 
                      open session and take possible action with regard to the Superintendent’s 
                      employment.  

                 b.  Reemployment status of Annette Dighton, Administrative Assistant, so that 
                      the board may return to open session and take action.

12. Vote to convene or not convene in executive session.

13. Vote to acknowledge or not to acknowledge the board’s return to open 
       session. 

14.  Executive Session Minutes Announcement.   

15.  Vote to employ or not to employ Ira Harris as Superintendent.

16.  Vote to employ or not employ Annette Dighton as Administrative 
       Assistant.

17.  Vote to accept or not accept the resignation of Lovina Midgely.

18.  New Business: “New Business”, as used herein, shall mean any matter 
       not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen 
       prior to the time of posting.
